    product quality clearly defined?            
               
c.    公司有无专门指定一个管理代表，他（她）不承担其它责任，在实施            
    和维护有关ISO9000标准和公司质量方针方面拥有权力和责任？            
    Has the company appoint a management representative who, irrespective            
    of other responsibilities, has the defined authority and              
    responsibilities for insuring that the requirements of the selected            
    ISO9000 Standard and the company quality policy are implemented and            
    maintained?            
               
d.    公司文件有无规定由高级管理人员复核的过程及由谁来进行复核？            
    Does the documentation define and executive management review process            
    including by whom reviews are conducted?
